Founder & CEO
Tonia Morris founded Simply HR Inc. with a vision to be the #1 resource for connecting Generations in the Workplace. As both an accomplished Generational Connector Speaker and a Culture Disruptor with 25 years combined experience in Government, Information Technology, Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and the Education sector.
Tonia brings innovative and practical solutions to clients looking to improve profitability, build a strong organizational culture and a Generational Inclusive workplace. Tonia has served as HR advisor on several mergers and acquisition for fortune 100 companies. She is known for turning Chaos into Structure.
Tonia was awarded the 2019 Stevie Business Award for “Maverick of the Year” for her work around Generational Inclusiveness.
She is certified as a Practitioner, DISC Facilitator, Myers Briggs, Executive Coach and Mindset Coach. Tonia is a graduate of University South Florida with a BS in Business Administration. Tonia is a board member of National Speakers Association, Georgia Chapter.
Senior Human Resources Consultant
Mavis joined Simply HR Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Consultant. She has over 25 years of diverse human resources management consulting experience that spans consumer products, telecommunications, manufacturing and business services for fortune 500 companies.
Mavis has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives in both the U.S. and internationally that supported corporate strategic plans including HR policy design, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, training and development and benefits administration. She has been strategically involved with key mergers and acquisitions as well as the development and execution of HR plans associated with the integration of new acquisitions and startup operations.
Mavis holds a BS and an MBA in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University, Fairfield, Connecticut. She is a certified Myers Briggs and Zenger Miller Trainer and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
Human Resources Generalist
Resheda joined Simply HR Inc as an HR Generalist. She brings over 7 years of solid generalist experience with focus in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Training & Development and Benefits Administration. Resheda’s generalist background is from the healthcare industry where she managed talent development, performance appraisal process, policies and procedures, HR compliance and HRIS.
Resheda has a BS in Business Administration – St. Petersburg College, St. Petersburg, and an MBA – Human Resources Management from Saint Leo Univerity, Tampa.

Ronnie joined Simply HR, Inc. as a Talent Management Consultant. He brings over 25 + years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, Sales and Consultant. Ronnie’s background is in the following verticals: Airlines, Manufacturing, Banking, State Government, recruiting, Start-ups, Restaurant and Non-profit. Ronnie is the Principal of clear2serve. Ronnie is a graduate of University of Georgia with a degree in Economics. Ronnie is a certified Professional Coach with World Coach Institute.
Sejal joined Simply HR, Inc. as a Civility Consultant. She brings more than fifteen years of experience advising clients, human resources personnel, and legal counsel on sound standard employment practices. She brings proactive, relevant, and impactful workplace training programs to organizations and teams. Her highly experiential customized workshops tailored to executives, managers, and individual contributors bring the courtroom to the training room in an interactive, engaging environment that favors human stories over compliance checklist. She provides legal counsel including workplace investigations, harassment, discrimination, bullying, retaliation, and misconduct. Sejal is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a J.D.
Dr. Lisa is a Cultural Strategist with over 25 years of experience that includes the Human Resources divisions of Fortune 100 companies. She is also a faculty member, teaching multicultural studies and cultural diversity for the City University of New York, the largest urban university system in the United States. Her passion spans the arenas of corporate America, academia, faith-based settings and contexts of civic engagement. Lisa’s passion is to increase productivity and mitigate risk by strengthening individuals and teams utilizing The C.U.L.T.U.R.E. Connection to realize cultural competency. Lisa is known for her engaging and transparent style of communication.
Dr. Lisa holds a B.A. in Speech Communications from Pace University, a Masters degree from New York Theological Seminary and a Doctor of Ministry from McCormick Theological Seminary. She has also studied Organizational Leadership at Boston University.
